Art History Student Work
The Department of Art and Art History produces a student-edited journal annually. The art journal consists of thesis work by art historians and studio artists. This is a wonderful opportunity for senior art historians to gain experience in the conception, development, and publishing of a their scholarly writings. Theses produced by seniors of the department explore a wide range of topics and the quality of some theses have merited awards in the form of undergraduate research funding granted by the college.

Please visit the The Providence College art journal which has been the capstone experience for the Art and Art History students since the inception of the Department. Current and past art journals are available for view online at the Phillips Memorial Library in Student Publications.
